At Awrah Attire, we take great care in ensuring the quality of every product before it reaches you. Please note that we do not offer returns, refund or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, or preference. Once an order is placed and delivered, it is considered final.
An exchange will only be accepted if the item you receive is defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us at awrahqueries@gmail.com with your order number, details of the defect, and supporting images. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process. If the same product is not available, we will offer an alternative product of equal value. Replacement or Exchanged Products will be delivered within 6-7 business days
